I love pikmin but the problem is i havnt got a 3ds, i hav cemu to play some diferent games, i ask if in This game is allowed to run it in a emulator

If there's no actual console/handheld runs, I don't see any problem with submitting emulator runs, even if the emulator is horribly inaccurate.

Basically what ROMaster2 said. There's nothing at all for this game yet, do whatever you want for now. If there is a bunch of activity for this game at some point in the future, we may revisit whether or not to allow emulator, but since that's clearly not the case, go nuts.
