And this is the reason I like to research into the game!!!! excuse the bad playing, I wasn't using my normal control scheme and I was just so fucking excited to find this. This is what I'd hoped clips would bring, but unfortunately it uses the alt+e glitch on the mac versions of the game. enjoy |

Also I'm not sure if this will actually be faster, but are we looking at there maybe being an "any%" where you can do a bunch of glitches and just move the current any% run to "any% glitch less"? Because I'd love to be allowed to do runs with this kind of thing. I'm just soo hyped (even if it gets banned). |

Well, we'd have to segregate it because it'd be a pain to do with Windows. I'll check on a Mac tonight to see if it performs on other Mac devices. Nice find, though. |

Well that's understandable. I'll try to do a real run using it when I get home. |

The only problem is that the alt+e glitch resets everything, including the in-game timer. So if you wanted to make it a category you would have to use real time. |

Darn, that sucks. |

I think we could do some category like that, but the thing is that most people game on Windows, making it hard for a majority of the players to try out this category. |

I could be possible on linux as well, but I'd have to test that. If it does than that would make the category a lot easier as linux it's free and runs on just about anything |

Well it does work on linux as well, which would make sense as the mac and linux versions were programmed at the same time. |

Great work, turnipp. I think there might need to be some conversations in the near future about categories, names, and rulesets. |

Are there any Mac emulators decent enough to run YHTWTG sufficiently? |
|
|
|
not that I'm aware of. The closet thing would be to run it in a virtual machine (same goes for linux). |
