After pressing "play", it takes around 11 seconds to start the game.

When the game starts, click on the circle with a hat, who can appear on a random spot on the screen. After this, the game should say "oooh nice hat", and the game proceeds. Then click on the couple, who ALWAYS appears from the bottom corner of the screen. The game should say "gross, get a room".

This is when timing is important. A square with an angry face and hair should appear from the right part of the screen. He will yell at any other square, which is the moment where he should be clicked. The game will then say "Crazed Square Attacks" and the circle on the side of the TV will have a scared face. This circle gets scared at any square he interacts with, which is the moment to click him. The game will say "Circle fears squares". A square on the left of the TV with look upset and snub at circles. The instant he interacts with a circle is NOT the moment to capture him, you need to wait until some text appears on top of the square. If captured succesfully, the game should say "Squares snub circles"

A circle will get mad and try to avoid anyone until a small "cutscene" where the formerly crazed square recibes a hat from the couple. After the "cutscene" ends the circle will start yelling at squares, capturing the moment will say "Circles hate squares", and 4 people (2 circles and 2 squares) will be mad and yell at the other shapes. Keep capturing circles yelling at squares or viceversa until the game says "everyone hates everyone!!!1!", after this another cutscene will play where the hat circle points at the crazed square with a gun and shoots him. Then, the player should start constantly capturing the screen, which causes the game to say "Be scared. Be angry" and a circle and a square will take a weapon.

As the moment of anarchy occurs, the screen will start zooming out revealing a laptop. This lasts 1 minute and 11 seconds until the screen goes black. This is where the speedrun ends, according to Speedrun.com. This is because after the credits, the final shot is taken on a graveyard, which can cause confusion on where the speedrun really ends due to some players not having sound. Because of this, the end of a speedrun is considered when the laptop turns off.

Also, missing a shot will display text on a black square and a grasshopper will start making sounds.
