Update to run times

Just a short notice to state that runs will now be timed using the Load Remover time integrated into Livesplit - the Real Time tab won't disappear and if you want to submit this alongside your Load Remover time then you're absolutely welcome to. The Load Remover tool means that players using older hardware won't be at an innate advantage (HDD load times vs. SSD load times for instance) in timing.
