To install, replace (and back up) sharedsave.viv in AppData\Local\VIVIDLOPE with the linked file

Hey everyone,
Individual level runs are now a thing! Have fun!
Also, there is a new change to Itemless rules with the addition of Ms. Noir: her specials may not be used in Itemless runs. This doesn't affect any current runs (none of which even use Ms. Noir), and is subject to change in the future
