Split: Any% (Itemless) [1.4.0]

These splits contain splits on a level by level basis using sub splits with a final split for each world that I split when "World Complete" appears. The only exception is the final world, where Final-7 is "Final World" as finishing it is the final split.
ILs, and slight rule change
Hey everyone,
Individual level runs are now a thing! Have fun!
Also, there is a new change to Itemless rules with the addition of Ms. Noir: her specials may not be used in Itemless runs. This doesn't affect any current runs (none of which even use Ms. Noir), and is subject to change in the future
