Split: Level 10% Splits

I made splits for the Level 10% category, as its by far the simplest to do so for. Idk if it will get any use since we all play physically but I thought it would be neat to add splits for the first time
Break rules for All Awards
Just a quick post to let it be known that All Awards now allows up to 3 breaks to be taken during a run, due to the sleep deprivation the category demanded up to now. Sleep well Pinata people.
