Wow. So I got my 2 carrots finally. Had to be when i was testing something out. Wanted to see if Syrupent appearing at night extended the or had no effect on the night time cycle. Turns out, he doesn't come at night. So when he visited the next day, He scared Mousemallow off entirely. Bad Strat!
