Level 1/2

Talk to Leafos and complete the tutorials she gives you. Destroy all garbage around the garden. When Leafos gives you a message about grass packet, mash the Escape key (PC) or the Pause Button (360) to skip the cutscene. Plant grass along the barriers of the garden. Continue destroying dried terrain to plant dirt. Two Whirlims will become residents, the time it takes them to become residents is RNG. Build Whirlim house when Willy becomes available. Reveal the building and have the Whirlims romance. Sparrowmint should become a resident soon after the worms romance. Wait for the egg to be delivered and move it to the middle of the garden. When the egg turns into a cocoon, smash it asap to release the whirlim. You'll get a choice of Carrot or Turnip. Pick Turnip and plant it. After planting it, Leafos will give you a message about the watering can. Mash the Escape key (PC) or Pause Button (360) to skip the cutscene. Water it so it doesn't dry out. When the Turnip grows, a Mousemallow should appear. Wait for Mousemallow to eat the turnip and join the garden. It is very rare RNG to get Mousemallow to become a resident on Night 1. Have Mothdrop visit the garden.

Level 3

Seedos should appear in the morning, beat him with the shovel and try to get the following seeds: 3 Carrots, 2 Daisys, 2 Butterscotches, 1 Turnip. Plant the seeds and water them to make sure they don't dry out. If Seedos returns for a second time, let him throw 1 Thistle seed and plant it. Then you can continue whacking him for more seeds. Taffly and White Flutterscotch should appear.

Level 4/5

Lottie's store should open. Buy all the seeds that you didn't get from seedos. Buy a butterscotch seed and don't plant it (taffly will eat it later). Use orange fertilizer on a carrot seed 3x. Buy a torch and put it in open space. When the Turnip grows, make a Whirlim eat the turnip to change colors. Syrupent should eat a Mousemallow and become a resident. Bunnycomb should eat a carrot and become a resident. Taffly should eat a flower and become a resident. Make Taffly eat the butterscotch seed, the Taffly should change colors.

Level 6

Make Taffly fly through the torch and put water on him to turn him into redhot. Pretztail should appear. When the Thistle finishes growing, whack it and destroy any Thistle seeds it produces. Make a Sparrowmint eat the head of the Thistle to change colors. Dig four holes for planting. Go to the store and plant 1 apple seed, 1 blue seeds, 1 poppy seed, and 1 corn seed. Buy 1 blue seed and 1 apple seed and do not plant it. Make Redhot eat the blue seed to change it's color.

Level 7/8

Make sure plants do not dry out. Sour Shellybean should appear. Around Level 7/8 you will earn a lot of upgrades. Make Syrupent eat a buttercup flower, it will change colors. Mothdrop should become a resident due to the torch. Make the Mothdrop eat a Daisy Flower to have it change colors. Pretztail should eat a bunnycomb, becoming a resident.

Level 9/10

Have Sour Shellybean eat the apple seed and become a resident. Make the Shellybean eat the corn you grew for it to change colors. If a Flutterscotch is a resident, make it eat a Buttercup Flower for it to change colors. Make Sparrowmint eat a daisy, turning it into a Candary. Make the Candary eat the Bluebell Flower you planted, making it change colors. Make sure to keep watering apple tree so it grows to full completion. Sell Redhot for $$$ at Costalots. Go to Pet Store and buy a chicken. Wait for apple tree to grow. GET WR!

NOTE: Not all of these steps will happen or are required for level 10. It is all mostly RNG and certain things may not spawn or is not needed to level up. Try to follow this guide as much as possible, and do not be afraid to skip ahead if something doesn't spawn or is delayed.

TIPS: Do not grow too many Daisy's or Buttercups or else you will get a Buzzlegum cutscene which will waste time. If you plant too much grass, you will get a Doenut cutscene which wastes time. You want to get the Canary when you're Level 9 or close to Level 10 or else you will get a Buzzenge cutscene which wastes time.
