I'm back on top ;) I improved upon the strategy by justifying a Humiliate war goal initially, which is faster to justify than a Conquest, and then added the Conquest war goal later during the war.

Only problem with this strat is that apparently you can't separate peace Hedjaz if you added Humiliate first and then the Ottomans intervenes, so this strat depends on finishing the war before the Ottomans finish their war with Tripoli. It's a bit of annoying RNG but the run is so short that it isn't too bad to reset until it works! :)
