I had multiple runs with a time of 33:040 and no problem with the saw cycles at the ending unlike this run makes it seem, so i.m.o. pretty much the whole level comes down to resetting at the right and after the right amount of time which is good for individual level runs but not viable for full runs (I think the perfect timing is when one of the blue elevators is barely visible)
