To hyper speed, you need to pause the game, either by steam overlay, or by pausing with the game menu. then, physically move into a wall. now, un pause the game.

the technichal reason for this bug is the character controller does not run while the game is paused, meaning that you can move your body into a wall, the controller updates, saying 'you shouldent be there' and moves you out of the wall, a few dozen times. the more you move into the wall, the faster your speed boost is.

a good place to practice this is in the level pits. practice using this to go all the way down the escelator within a second or two.
