Episode 4's Launch & Board Updates

Hey everyone!
In preparation for Episode 4's launch in the next day or so (depending on what region you play on), we've gone ahead and updated the board!
- Neon has been added to the 'Agents' list,
- The 'Agents' list is now in alphabetical order,
- The background image of the page has been updated to Episode 4's loading screen.
