There's an entire category around no manips called "Classic," you should be able to find it on the main board. There should also be guides for it floating around

From the Rules for the main Glitchless category: The only allowed emulator is the latest release of Gambatte-Speedrun with a GBC bios image. All other emulators are banned. Emulator times do not qualify for "WR".
