Would reloading checkpoints to skip cutscenes be allowed? in the any% (submitted ones), they skip one part @ 50 secs by reloading the checkpoint. (you can see the video ran by Deln) But he doesn't do it later in the game? is it allowed or does the runners just not know about them?

also i why i am at it to know the rules about quick load and quick save? cause in this game it can unload parts of a level.
