Was messing around on the intro, and realized there's a "child's play" mode for the game. Is there a reason we don't have a separate category for this, other than there doesn't seem to be any interest in it?

I completely disagree with this, as it makes no sense. If I were to use this same logic, then ps1 games ran on ps2 are also "emulated" because they use the 'fast disc speed' option.
