Carrying on with the tradition of completely optimising a level, I present: Optimal Level 14. Check the Guides tab or this video's description for the explanation. (Guides has the video too)

I found yet another (half) jump skip. For this one, wait on the last platform a little bit away from the spike, then hold left and up, clearing the spike as you jump, and avoiding the ceiling, maximising the jump. From here, just keep holding left and up and you'll hit the bread. I have also managed to still hit the roof and make it to the end, by just hitting the very left corner, and this saves time as you just manage to touch the ledge, rather than gliding against a wall, but it could be fairly inconsistent.

I found a new time save on level 9! (After 4 months...) Here is the explanation: I found another way to skip a jump cycle in level 9! At the start, after grabbing the '5' clock to jump again, go just to the left (or right) of the '2' clock, not touching it or the spikes. This will allow you to glide straight into the tunnel, and have enough time to exit without jumping into the spikes on the roof. Then, grab the next clock as usual, and glide at the last second to get underneath the underhang and jump into it, landing you on the bread. This saves roughly 1.5 seconds, and can lower the best theoretical time to 2:47.397

I found a way to skip waiting for the last jump on level 9. The way to do it is explained in the description of the video.

I've finally recorded it: This saves around 2.5 seconds due to the flap cycles being that long. However, it took me 10 minutes to record a successful attempt. I managed to get the double bounce around 3 times, but I didn't turn around quick enough at the top. This is hardly consistent, but still nice to know. You have to glide down into the gap with around 2 blue things in the bar, then avoid hitting the roof as that immediately stops the pigeon's vertical movement by going down far enough and as soon as it jumps, hold left, and if you avoid the roof, you will most likely be able to pull it off. As mentioned earlier, you do have to be able to turn around really quickly at the key or the next jump will happen too early, still saving a bit of time. A more consistent method needs to be found in order to make this viable in runs. If you watch at 0.25x speed, you can see just how close you have to be to the roof at 0:06 to be able to pull it off.
