I just began trying to speedrun pokemon gold/silver. I'm playing on the VBA emulator (I know it's banned for this kind of run, I'm just doing this for fun) and every time I try to open the coin case to execute the code, it just says "Coins:
which move?PP of" and then doesn't do anything. I attempted on both versions, same result. I'm following the beginner guide by Kylovic and am very sure I'm doing every step as instructed. Is it the ROM I'm using, or the emulator? Or am I just missing a mistake that I'm making?
