Wasn't having much luck getting into potion for the glitch so I came up with another method for lining up that works more consistently for me so thought I'd share it here. I think it's slightly slower but hopefully it might help anyone else struggling to get it. One thing I forgot to mention is to let go of forward/W before tapping right/D.

Also anyone have any idea why the area unloaded both tries? Like I said every time previously I managed to land on the walkway when I missed the plank and it was fine.

Not sure if this has been discovered yet but after you do the whole sequence break to get the tracker and Seamus gets stuck on the door of his house, I found the area he's supposed to go to is actually loaded with a second Seamus there already and it's possible to clip through the door to that area by standing on the chair beside it and sort of just hopping through, I think camera position might have something to do with it as well. Check my vod and go to around 03:37:00 (sorry twitch is broken and won't let me make a clip)

The only issue I'm facing is I can't find a way through the second door, the area beyond seems like it's loaded but Seamus is broken and won't actually walk forward to open the door and I can't find any obvious way to clip through, there are a couple of spots that might have potential but I can't figure it out. Also Doesn't look like there's a check point there and I'm not sure about quitting out as I was trying it on a complete save.

Hopefully someone can figure out a way through that second door, would be a good time save; should skip having to do the tracker thing twice.
