Depending on your pb its really up to how much you're dedicating into getting a good time, but sub 29 is a good mindset. To get the superjump there is a bit of practice but you have to jump on bowser jr.while running when you're starting out its very difficult to get it by while time passes and you practice it it should comes as second nature.
