1. on the rules i read that you have to map the controllers if you speedrun on emulator
2.i don't want to stream i want to record my runs with a timer that's all

I want to start recording my speedruns and i have a few questions
1.I use the snes mini and i have installed the jap 1.0 version do i need to map the controller?
2.Will i need more that Elganto game capture HD and a pc to set up the recording?
