Hi and welcome, first, I'm not in the runs of CT from years but Magus% cover most of the glitches and stuff that you will encounter in the entire run. In the past the strategy was different between Magus% and Any% NoLSS but now is the same. If you want you can learn until Magus and then in the future if you like the run continue to the end. I suggest to join the Discord server to talk with the runners.

For emulator. You can speedrun on the emulator but you need a specific emu and version (join discord to know it) Have fun

At moment we don't have a Category were send no glitch, no skip in the page. If you want you can send it in the 'no frog glitch' and in the description write 'run done without glitch and skips' so when we set a category the run will be moved there.

NG+ can be done easily without skips. it's easy to do, you just need to end the game one time to obtain the last combo and the latest cards.

if you have any problems, you can just join the discord server and ask.

I will check later if all the guides are UP and if you want to run the game on EMU and need the savegame for the JP version, i will share it. (only the savegame)

Hi all, so the game atm is pretty much dead speedrun side. Years ago we work with some guys to get consistency in the Frog glitch, runners like me and smp works on trying to get consistency in the troll skip and DW. If you like to get a big derust on the game go for it.

if you find a better route for the "no frog glitch" i will take the game back xD (i don't like too much that glitch)

Is possible to duplicate drops using "combination" out of fight, but we don't know how to control how many times doit before the game crash.

The other warp, in the train, is the forest warp, but the game "event" is "go in the train" and not some kind of trigger inside the castle. If you find something tell us :D

i just check random your run and seems ok to me. no lags in most of the points that i watched.

you can edit or delete the run yourself, so if you want to upload on YT go for it. btw, if you connect your YT account to Twitch there is a porting option to port from Twitch to YT. i've said too much time yt and twich.

about the in-game time, is not important for the leaderboard.

In order for Assault Rifle with infinite ammunition, a Gatling Gun with infinite ammunition, a Rocket Launcher with infinite ammunition, or infinite ammunition for every weapon in the game.

don't worry about the english. The OOB glitch is a know glitch and we don't know how to take advantage about it. We know about a glitch in the train that is able to teleport us in the Forest but the game is in a kind of soft lock ( no fight and talk with NPC -if i remember correctly ).

For the first "zombie" glitch did you fight some enemy and saw whats happenen? The troll skip is a major skin in the run btw. ;)

hi, so if you are running the EU version you need to WIN a fight before the Troll skip. That's why we saved before enter the bathroom as backup. If the game softlock, because you miss the pixel, just go in the room on the left, fight and win and than try again the Troll Skip. There is a way to exit the bathroom before fight the Troll, but i need to check where is the video.

i dont' remember that you need to win a fight every time you reset the game... too much time without run this game :D

For a beginner I suggest the Magus%. It's only 2hrs long and you will understand all the meccanics of the game (glitches). In Jan 2017 we are planning a tournament for this category ;)

the only things that i can suggest is to try until you get 3 or 4 times in a row. your path is good (as you write), but i can't really help you because is a things a bit random. sometimes works, sometimes not, there is not a real 'trick' to do it right. sorry

seems you didn't press anything after the black screen.

you need to be careful there. To get the black screen you need 2 or 3 press A, after that you need to press A 3 times. That's is why you get the Troll

hi guys, i'm starting learning the game on pc, but i've truble with the controller. I can't run and turn on the same time. Did anyone have this problem? how did you fix it?

i don't feel to play with the keyboard at moment.

ps. i have this problem only with the D-pad. pps. to use the pad i've installed the xbox drivers.
