I would say you are allowed to use spawn points as some records in this game have screenshots, which cannot enforce no spawn points.

In addition, it makes sense to allow spawn points as they encourage greater skill.

We need to add higher score goals (like 100k) as well because getting level 45 is as simple as getting an easy kill at spawn in Tag or Domination. Higher objectives would balance some of the luck with skill.
