This starts when you hit New Game and ends when the credits appear, so it's clearly only one playthrough. Going through the rules for the category though:

• Making True Ending ✅
• Finding all dolls ✅
• Playing all mini games ℹ❔

This is where I get confused. I'm positive you have to play all the minigames at Phantasmagoria, of course. But my question is... what counts as a minigame?

1. Does putting together the vase count as a minigame?
2. The DDR inspired dance off I would assume, instead of the slingshot? Because it's more game-like.
3. Do you have to ride all the rides at the playground?
4. Do you have to feed the birds at the zoo?
5. Do you have to color your coloring book?
6. Are there any minigames I'm missing from the list or listing too many things? Like, am I overcomplicating this and it's just meant to be all the games at Phantasmagoria?

• Buying all 3 items on the machine ✅
• Pet all animals ℹ❔

Obviously puppy, kraken, deer. But does it count the other animal interactions like the cat and the fish(s)?

• Discover all the inscriptions on the stones ✅

I'm sorry if all those questions seem excessive! I really want to attempt 100% runs but I want to make sure I am doing what is actually being looked for.
