Yup. Pretty much. I haven't found a way to force a spawn, so you just need to hope for a good spawn.

I'm going to have to think this through, and research what is required for runs on here. The reason I'm hesitant is because there are a LOT of modded weapons that can just insta-kill hearts. I don't know the rules around that kind of content in a co-op game where a second player is not recorded. I absolutely hear what you are saying, and will do some research, then will get back to you.
