Wow that Level 8 was amazing :O Nice run, almost makes me want to get back into running this game tbh
I'm sorry to every person over the past year or so who's had to wait long periods of time for new runs to be verified. I can't vouch for Boo Piper's side, but as for myself, my real life has been super busy the whole time I've been a mod for this game and the amount of interests I have besides Bejeweled mean that I hardly feel like prioritizing verifying runs over other considerations. I can understand your frustrations and hope you all are able to reciprocate. Have a good one.
I invented 25% because I didn't want to have to run all the puzzles because the last few worlds have tedious puzzles that require a lot of memorization to perform the fastest solutions, but I still at least wanted to run the easiest puzzles because I think it would be fun to try and optimize them. I also thought about making a category that goes up to the eighth world but only requires you to open all of the previous worlds up for that exact same reason, but seeing as this category resulted in such negative reception, I'm glad I forgot about uploading the video I made to propose the idea.
Yeah that's my bad. If something like this happens again I'll make sure to point it out :/
wowmom is very busy and doesn't always have time to check the site and verify runs. Just be patient and I'm sure he will get to it eventually :)
Is it possible to only use the in-game time for runs of a game or does real time have to be counted for every submission? Because for one game I'm moderating I've considered abandoning real time altogether and just focusing on IGT, but the splits seem to have to be listed as real times. Is there a workaround to this?
Yeah, I do indeed use OBS. That's how I recorded my past runs of the game.
It is compatible with Windows 10. That is how I am running this game as a matter of fact :)
I technically signed up a couple weeks ago and have posted several runs since then, but I'm from Pennsylvania, US and I love puzzle games, especially Bejeweled. I'm also a Nintendo fan, but I haven't touched any of my consoles regularly in years, and as a result, I'm kinda rusty at the games I would normally be running. Plus, I'd rather not do a bunch of hardware stuff to get proper recordings of them and such. I'm still glad to be a part of this legendary website and here's to a lot of fun in the future :)
