United StatesI could probably add around 11-13 seconds to final time to compensate for starting and ending time. I just like starting when I talk to Athena for the first time because I don't see the point in starting the timer when you first get on the sigil
I got the god run (no crowns items) and this made me think that Mount Olympus could be a good IL?
That's a completely fair argument. Banning lore spells is probably not a good idea because you can craft them or farm for them and with how you would structure the leaderboard, like none of them would be used. Storm just straight up has tempest, fire has meteor and dragon, ice wouldn't be used because of how slow and weak those spells are, death has crow and needs to set up anyways, myth has humongofrog and probably wouldn't be used because of the amount of myth resists in the dungeon, balance has sandstorm, and life runners would have lifestorm.
Basically, I think we should separate the leaderboard first by school because, in a max level environment, It's unfair to compare say, Death to Storm or Fire because of how hard they hit. After that separation, I feel that they should be further separated by if we allow crowns/hoard items or not because Dworgyn's Dire Hood gives a mass feint item card and that makes the death run specifically so much faster. Only restrictions there would be the slipstream boots and +50% mounts. Edit 1: I just wanted to say that this isn't a run I would submit
Because this is max level speed running, storms would have the WR if we didn’t separate by school because of the fear they get + the spells they have. They kill on T1 easy.
Honestly, my idea for the category was to split it up by school (because of course storm is fastest) and then split that up by allowing crowns items or not.
So I actually speedrun this dungeon and decided to try and get it put on the leaderboard. I had to change the run category from "Wizard101: Mount Olympus: Max Necromancer" to "Wizard101: Mount Olympus: Max Necromancer (Crowns/Hoard Items Allowed)" because, in this run, I use the Max Feint item card granted by the Dworgyn hood from the Professor's Hoard and felt it would be unfair to compare runs using this item (among others) to runs without. Time starts when I talk to Athena (not in this run because X key issues but normally it would) and ends upon the first text box from Zeus after his defeat. Only restrictions on crowns items I would personally put in the rules are the boots that give you a speed boost and the 50% mounts. Other than those, everything is fair game.
