I know they're banned but in resident evil 3 speed running they're allowed in a category. Was just wondering if it could be allowed in some categories?

As it says in the rules you'd select standard or goty depending on the maps.

Are there any guides on the marvin radio scene cancels and the c4 rocket whatever cancel thing? Like I don't know their official names. I've been trying to pull it off from watching the top runners but it seems to be like a perfect timing thing?
