Although that people can compete in different categories, I guess having more would gives free WR cuz some people don't have condition and sort of that.

Agree, in controller, you can just smash the buttons to choose, when in keyboard/mouse SR, the number of drags every choices already enough to make differences (probably in seconds) when adding up to the whole run. Take bathroom part in episode 1 for example, you can just walk up meanwhile spamming the X button to use the mirror in the bathroom (don't have a controller, sadly), meanwhile you cannot use this same technique on keyboard/mouse speedrun, otherwise it'd mess the camera up.
