That final dungeon is a BEAST. I have to get the bag upgrade, why in my run you see me selling items but 5 of the same ones (Garnets) and the bag doesn't become available till later in the game. But I had to fill up the 40 slot bag with health items.
Have you experienced any crashing using the steam deck?
I ran into 3 crashes, all at the same place in the final dungeon. Only happen 3 times of the dozens of runs I've done. It happens at the Sharomu XP fight in the final dungeon. Typically when there are a few adds summoned and they do their dive attack seems to be when it triggers most often, though not always.
Curious if you ran into that or any other crashes?
I wanted to share my NG+ Run, it is not commentated as I was just trying to focus. I made a few blunders as I lose track of where I need to go for half a second. This video is the route up to the final boss, though I died at the final boss. Which has been the constant fail state for my runs. Final Dungeon really goes from 0 to 100 in terms of difficulty. But I express what I need to work on.
Hopefully this will be helpful in seeing what the route is with the final dungeon and seeing how I move to manipulate the enemy AI to do certain actions. (Need to do that better for the Final Dungeon)

GENERAL THOUGHTS
I think I did well, though the final dungeon I need to practice more. Especially with avoiding to get hit and wasting my potions.
I am considered that I might need to implement grabbing 5 Garnet's to get the 40 slot bag from the store. Though I feel the game is doable with 20 potions. Just need to be a bit less risky in the final dungeon.
I made a lot of mistakes and was rushing the final boss. You can see how I was constantly over reaching and not constantly trying to be behind the boss. I should have avoided those swings easily, but I kept trying to keep hitting them.
I also didn't use Roro(Lolo) targeting attack often. Could have saved me a few times.
But I hope this video helps with a NG/NG+ Route, which is also my NG Route plan. (For Normal NG You want to get Wind Magic to 7 before fighting the Samurai, and put the rest into HP. The Last Slot is Wind Magic, First Slot is HP)
The route is based on the Rudyxx run that is in the Guide section. Though it also has the Final Dungeon included. Just didn't beat the final boss.
If anyone has tips or tricks for the Reaper Enemies, as I can't figure out a way to avoid their attacks. (Wish we could save state so I can practice the final dungeon or the Castle return as the Reaper enemy is located in both areas.)
I just created the listing earlier this week. and hoping to submit the first NG Any% soon-ish. Just need to find the strat to beat the final dungeon with so little. Lol.

Can you share any pictures of the guide book that could help for a 100% run?
Trying to find anything written is near impossible and finding a reputable seller for the guide book is hard and the few I found are out of my price range for a time.
I am glad there are copies of the guide floating around, so it isn't lost media just yet. Just difficult to attempt to plan a 100% run without knowing where things are. lol.
Though I might be stuck on NG and NG+ run till someone does a 100% run that I can study.
Which... the final dungeon difficulty goes from 0 to 100 so fast. doing a run with hardly any equipment will be a challenge. Thankfully focus on getting that NG+ save so I got the backpack upgrade and just grinding levels. But gotta get better at manipulating the enemies attack patterns. Got the big silver monster near the end of the final dungeon before entering the final boss area to nearly always do their aoe blast.
Anyways, if you can share any pictures of your copy of the guide to aid in a 100% run, that be most appreciated. Though no worries if not. I'll eventually get a copy myself. Just won't be for a long while lol.

Oh this is giant mode, I saw this in the playlist guide I've been using. Does it increase the difficulty compared to a NG+ or is it more of a cosmetic change? If it does increase the difficulty, in what way does that difficulty increase?
Giant Mode makes me think of the Giraffe mode in The Crow: City of Angels, where their necks become longer. Though it doesn't affect gameplay.
And how do you start a NG+ game?
I'll have to finish a game and save it, haven't been really saving while playing casually to get comfortable with the controls and practicing routing.
So I can get that end game save later this week, but does a new option appear on the menu screen?

I wasn't aware there was a NG+ for this. Finding any details on this game has been a challenge. I'll be sure to add it and adjust the 100% rules. Didn't know there was Ornaments to collect.
I can't wait to see a 100% run so I can see what all I need to do. I've been practicing and routing an any% run based off Rudyxx's guide run. I've been enjoying playing this game and hope to do a full video guide on the categories as I begin to understand them better.
And what is Wakuwaku Kyojin Land? So I can understand what that is exactly?
The PC Version of Tenerezza is considered Abandonware. So you can get it in one of two places.

There is an XBox version. Though I have no means to link a viable resource to purchase that game. Though the PC Version adds a few additional features. Such as a full Quest Log located in your home.

Learned about this game recently. Just got it for PC. Can't wait to learn the route and see how running this game feels.
Played it a bit casually yesterday to take a break between other game run practices, and was fun. Watched this show as a kid a good bit and didn't cross my mind that games would have been made for the show.
