There's out of bounds, and he verified his own run. I'm new to speedrunning, and this website. I'm pretty sure out of bounds is allowed in any% but is verifying your own run allowed?

Make it happen. I'd love to race somebody. I'm completely new to speedrunning, and i've only got liek 200 hours on payday, but i'd love something like this.

Like glitchless (Are there even glitches to exploit?) Current patch / any patch, no assets, level 1, no perk/ perk decks, etc?
