Solved:

Anti-virus was blocking me from using it. I had to completely turn off Avast (not deactivate for a period of time). Next, I downloaded the Steam version instead of the Origin one (Game kept crashing when selecting difficulty on Origin version).

Everything works for me now!

Thanks Voetiem. I can't get the autosplit to work in Livesplit. Every time I try, I get the error message "The Auto Splitter could not be activated." I've tried re-installing. Guess I'll give LiveSplit 1.3 a go and see if it works.

I'd like to submit a run, but I'm not sure how to figure out the Time without loads for Any%. When I subtract the chapter load times, I only get around 45 seconds. I see most people are around 2-3 minutes. Is there an easy way to figure this out?
