Interresting run, good job for doing it with the abandoned deck. Good luck for doing better in the future ! Regarding your clockwatch, you can look nat my run, i made it horizontal and on the top. Suits well
i just plugged my ps4 controller, steam did the rest.
I am speedrunning with my mouse for everything except discard and play selected cards. I was wondering what is your way ?
I vote for doing it in order, from bottom to top.
I like to keep some RNG to make it fun to watch. Not skipping it from the very beginning. Perseverence. Also all the runs but one are playing by this rule.
No problem dude. Rules are unclear but we have to decide wich way we want it to be :) No war here
Dude.. 10 et 6.5 hours are nothing...
Let's agree that we desagree.
Still, if the mod see this, can we call a vote please?
There is no such thing as "very nature of speedrunning" Each community choose for itself. The only thing you brought here is remove the difficulty of having a good run wich could be ruined because of a tricky challenge at the end. In your way to do it, perseverance does not exist anymore.
Could be or could be not valid according to the rules, depend on the interpretation. Both way, it's a shame of not having asked the community first, and removed the fun of the run. Now Tower runs would not be fun to watch, as the crucial moment would be at the very beginning. Yay...
Make no mistake about it : i love when WR are beaten. I love when mine are. It means the community is active, and the game i love is still alive. But, we should all play by the same rules. And we did so far. Problem is that the rules were not so clear as it was obviously interpreted many ways.
Call a vote on this would be great.
Choose means select in this case. Clearly, it was interpreted the same way by all the players but you. If playing with words is your way to do it, suit yourself.
"Time starts when you choose the 1st challenge of the character's tower."
It is clear that it is the first challenge available.
The game is as it is, slinky may have one of the hardest challenge early, but most of the characters don't.
Here is a question about two different way to do a speedrun. I personnaly prefer the one wich tend to reward perseverance.
Anyway, preferences does not matter here. Rules does.
I agree with AQLGamers.
It's part of the fun that some of the hardest challenges are at the end of a run.
New runs must be rejected as the rules were clear.
i would say democracy vote, but since i don't think this category is worth it, i really don't care
I would presonnaly prefer an "all warrior levels" category, same for each character
I had this many times With the other glitches that the boomrang does not hit you back if you kill the monster
Hello dear mods. Can i be added to this game as a mod : https://www.speedrun.com/wizorb ? The only current mod has been inactive for a year and does not reply on Twitter. Thank you very much indeed.
yeah glitches are part of the speedrun life, let's allow it I Hope someone makes a detailed guide
I would keep it there, it as really different type of run If we do so, The "all character" is weird as having only a run of each character's first episode as a full-game is also strange
However, maybe having runs that include épisodes 1 to 6 for each character may be nice. But again, is this full-game?
I can confirm that the skip works on Xebra Emulator, USA version of the game.
