Title is somewhat self explanatory. Do you think we should have separate categories or a tab for separating randomized runs from standardized ones?

Question for the better runners: Is it possible to complete a heroic objective and get the achievement without finishing the mission? I want to figure out rule technicalities for All Heroics before they arise. It will almost certainly be a frustrating category.

I'm planning a long marathon of Zelda games to culminate in an exhaustive completion of Breath of the Wild. I invented the "True 100%" category for the purposes of this marathon, which completes every permanent task I could come up with for the game. I'm not suggesting that this ruleset be the 100% ruleset, but I think the list is worth critique as a potential list of tasks to choose from for the actual 100% run.

======================================================================== "Rules are subject to change as the game evolves, even during my run if something happens (i.e. new DLC is launched). Asterisks indicate that rule is subject to change before the run begins.

Game to be played on latest patch with all available DLC All Main Quests All Side Quests All Shrines (and Shrine Quests) All Korok Seeds Hyrule Compendium Complete All Treasure Chests Opened¤ All Great Fairies Revived All Unbreakable Weapons Obtained¤¤ All Towers Visited All Mini-Games Completed¤¤¤ All Armor, Ancient Tech Shop Items, Fang and Bone Items Purchased Once¤¤¤¤ All Field Bosses Slain Once¤¤¤¤ All Non-Amiibo Upgradeable Armor Fully Upgraded

¤This rule may be modified if there are random/respawning chests. (I do not currently know.) ¤¤I'm not currently certain how many unbreakable weapons exist in the game, nor the nature of their permanency. ¤¤¤Completed to be defined as having received all possible rewards ¤¤¤¤Rule to be eliminated if made redundant by Hyrule Compendium/Sidequests/Other Rule

ON AMIIBOS: Amiibos will be allowed, but not required unless new amiibos are released which add more quests, dungeons, or tasks to the game (for example, how the Wolf Link amiibo unlocked an extra dungeon in TPHD.) This seems highly unlikely, but possible."

=============================

As for what I'd suggest for a potential 100% run- All Main Quests All Side Quests All Shrines (and Shrine Quests) All Equipment Slots unlocked¤ Hyrule Compendium Complete¤ All Great Fairies Revived¤ All Unbreakable Weapons Obtained¤ All Mini-Games Completed¤

The ones with asterisks are maybes. While they are measurable and seem proper for a "100%" run, they tack on a LOT of time which will likely be less fun to run or watch. Even an All Quests/All Shrines run will probably end up taking a very significant amount of time. This game does not lend itself well to the traditional concept of 100% speedrunning.
