After scene in the when open the Giant Door, before scene of the plague, the Game crash, i trying deactivate antivirus, eject with administrator, etc, when i load the game i dont have the problem,but in one speedrun is a good problem Any solution?

Basically already install everything but only in the menus the game is extremely slow, the scenes and the game in general work well for me, except the status menu and menus, and install the patch 1.1, the re 3 runs me perfectly well by what I assume is not my pc
