Do I need to get 100% of everything if I want to submit a Glitchless run?

So, in my introduction, I mentioned that I wanted to speedrun Zelda A Link Between Worlds, but I don't have a way to capture any gameplay footage on my New 2DS XL. I do have a (standard) 2DS capture card from Katsukity before they shut down, but I don't remember where I placed the product key to activate it in the streaming software. What would you all recommend?

My goal is to speedrun Zelda A Link Between Worlds Glitchless, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle Hero's Story Glitchless (GCN), and/or Zelda Wind Waker Any% Glitchless (GCN). This is going to be a challenge for me because I don't have a decent way to capture any gameplay footage. Any and all advice for these games is appreciated. Happy to be here!
