I'd recommend you contact speedrun.com admins directly about this. Maybe you have to create a different game for this and we have to remove the 'DS' part from the platform for this game.

Yeah I found the dino island bridge thing years ago, but I'm pretty certain that there's no way to trigger the bossrace without completing all other races first sadly.

This game has pretty small loads (your math that I'll just believe here adds up to 15 seconds difference in the biggest 2 any% runs), so noone was bothered enough to care enough yet.

Howoever, if you find someone willing to make a no-loads timer I'm pretty sure noone will stand in your way in making it the norm to use it I'm pretty sure.

We'll have to manually time the already standing runs, but yeah, no issues other than that.

So yeah, no objections here and I'm friends with Zooketra so I'm pretty sure he doesn't care either.

We had a discord for a while but not a lot of people were in it. Nice that you guys are reviving the game for a bit. If you want help with something ask me. I kinda know this game too well in some places because I ran Any% quite a bit

I mean, yeah, but if you ever really played the game you'll know they barely shoot you anyways. It's probably actually better for them to be close to you so you don't have to lap them and they won't drop a random tornado.

So yeah, it really doesn't matter too much, do whatever you prefer.

As far as we know it doesn't matter if you have it on or not because it only affects the NPCs. So I think you can freely choose the way you want to do it.

Okay, just to clear this up Zioplys, bookmucksylalzs is me, I was trolling Zooketra. And no, minigame bonuses don't apply, I just must have done something better than you then. (and honestly, for most of them it took me like 3-4 real laps to beat the time, which is probably why it was so easy for you to beat it again :D )

And RR, it takes some grinding. Zook said again and again that he played this game too much

I know Zook and if he did something intentionally he would tell me. We thought for a while that if your car has less pieces its faster, but after a bunch of runs we realized it doesn't seem to matter. There wasn't a lot of testing into this game though, so keep trying stuff out, you might find something.

You also have to realize that Zook played a lot and is just really good at it. Any particular point in the run where you think that so I can maybe tell you?

Well, apart from the Taxi powerup (or powerups in 100%) we don't think theres another way of making your car faster.

Most 3D platformers make the most enjoyable runs to watch for me personally.

That goes from well known older games and speedruns like Super Mario 64 or Banjo Kazooie to non-collectathons like the Star Wars Jedi Knight games or 3D zelda games towards Mirror's Edge or Dishonored.

I usually enjoy watching everything close to that (and I might be biased since my only submission is a 3D platformer).

Theres a lot of other examples on the current submission list I really want to see that go towards the same genres: Ape Escape, Prince of Persia: WW, Spyro 2 and Ice Age 3

Some people didnt like the category name, let me add that none of those people disliked you, they just disliked the name of the category, and they asked why its named that and if it could be changed, so we had a discussion about it and decided to make a strawpoll so the majority was happy with the choice.

And yes, you made a bunch for the community. Great. Nobody said anything against that. Let me even go further. A couple of days ago, everybody in the community that knew you still liked you. And yes, we renamed the category. I also thought 69% was better. But there was a strawpoll that decided if it should be changed that was posted in the skype group and 69 Stars won. You wouldve known about that if you hadnt actually vanished from the internet.

But what makes us not like you right now is that you are calling us assholes for no reason whatsoever. Like renaming a video game speedrun category is the biggest fucking deal in the entire world. If you get upset like this over something that stupid, you should really rethink your priorities in life.

Okay, I'll give you a serious answer: I fucking invited you to meet once and you said you didnt have time, we moved it up and said we'd do it another time. Then you disappeared from the face of the earth for like 4 months and everybody was spamming "rip naechster" everywhere because we actually liked you back then.
