You can't skip cutscenes the first time you encounter one. What happens in the runs is as soon as they enter a cut scene, they press "Start", "Restart Battle" (or chapter). Then when the cutscene loads again on your second time seeing it, there will be a "Skip Cutscene (Y)" button in the bottom right!

Yeah, as long as we can see what's going on clearly then you should be fine.

I'd say to keep the sound on- it could help with any video-audio cues when it comes to timing. Won't be a dealbreaker about the sound, but that's just my two cents.

I had the time to calculate the load times during a DK DLC run and, depending on your switch, or maybe it's region-specific, the load times in that run are between 163-173 seconds. Just shy of 3 minutes, which is significant. I would definitely like my own WR run to be faster by removing those load times, but I don't think it's an easy thing just to implement.

Do you see a world where ALL runs are without load times? Or just ILs? My initial reaction is we either have to do all or nothing with load times. How much time does a load screen save on a full game run? Maybe a few minutes? That's significant time... I'd be interested to hear others thoughts on this as well.
