I read somewhere that u can't use ANY emulator. There are rules with it. I want to know which emulators can I use to play psx games? (more specific, mega man x4).

I'm using atm "PCSXR emu".

I don't think I can beat world record haha (Megaman x4 as Zero) but I do it fast anyway.

Is there any problem if I upload a gameplay video without the game sound? 
I mean, if the video is just the gameplay with random music in the background
