Hello guys :) I've been watching OoT speedruns for years, and now I'd like to start speedrunning it myself. But for some unknown reason, Project64 runs at 7-8fps on my computer while Dolphin and Cemu run at a decent framerate. So here is my question : can I speedrun it on GCN/Wii/WiiU VC on emulators such as Dolphin or Cemu ? Is there any major differences ? Is it legal to submit these runs ?
