If I were to speedrun a mission, would I start the timer at the first story mission of campaign, or when the campaign starts?

(Also, does Pirates! and things count towards all missions?)

I couldn't help but notice that the Any% Run only goes to Remix 7. Is there any way a run that ends after Remix 10 could be implemented?
