Blue nake can drop you hearts, not the scorpion (edit : i was wrong, the blue snake doesn't drop you hearts)
You don't have to save on INN to get the warp on it, you just have to talk to the guy and say no it will work for death warp / return
In a TAS perspective, it's a lot different to think about the run than the normal speedrun way, i don't know what to say with the knight sword i feel like it's good because it deals x2 damage against the small spear, also you didn't mention it but magic damage (thunder quake and firestorm) increased acording to your hearts, the more you have, the more damage it will do.
For the rest i can maybe help you on some knowledge stuff.
Redoing a TAS is super cool, i can see some time save to get close to sub 40 maybe. Feel free to ask question.

The second board is the damage you need to do to kill a monster according to your Life stocks, the Magic sword deal 1.5 charge damage per swing, the Thundersword deal 1.75 charge damage, the others swords deal less. I don't really remember for the Ice sword but the gaia sword deal 1 damage (just have the annoying AOE thing that take forever).
With this you can think how many life stock you need to save time, not sure if my route was the fastest but having 61 LS is what i aim for runs (because you start Fire Elemental with 59 LS and it's a big damage gap to fight him).
Just a small post, i don't think that forcing the player to reset after doing the second lap on free practice make sence, but whatever i guess. And yeah doing IL category is a good thing for the game.
You have to be on a specific position to work, not to close or you will talk to the dog and not to far or you will swing your sword. It's pretty tricky to get it.

Ok i want to update the leaderboard, if it's possible dethwing, can you tell tranq and Artega if i can submit those old runs ? oh and speaking about Artega runs, i can't see his run on firefox, weird.
After doing a test run, i think now farming for the second charmstone is boring and stupid, for an magic capacity upgrade that have no limite i think now doing pretty much like ALTTP 100% runs that doesn't require arrow and bombs capacity upgrade (same case, you have to farm rupees for it). What do you guys think about it ? PS : Farming the second charmstone is 25 minutes gold farm, and yeah i think getting the first charmstone is part of the 100% runs. The run will be better to watch and to run obviously without this farm, even if on this kind of games 100% is hard to define correctly.
Hi guys, i'm thinking about doing a 100% runs but i need you guys to see if you are ok with rules that i made for this and maybe see if there is something to change on it. So at first, there is 2 100% category : one for English version and one for Japanese version.
Must collect: All Weapon All Shield All Boots All Armor All Magic Chest and trade 2 charmstones for magics Upgrade (you have to get the chest on pyramid and farm money for buying one). NB : for JP version don't forget to respond all 5 questions correctly against the sphinx. All Hearts (11 Hearts chest for 14 total hearts).
So on this game you can trade "maybe" infinite charmstones to have magics upgrade (it will increase magic use for all magics except for Return, you need 2 charmstones to get upgrades), i think it's good to do this at least one time for hundo, even if it's kind of boring to farm 500K gold for it.
So for the first split, there is some rng manip you can do according to the amount of Gold you have taken at the begenning. You need to do the same movement for this to change the RNG and have the good amount of gold for it.
There is 2 manip you can do for 30+ Gold quickly already known.

So, For the 1st clip yeah i already have this glitch before, it's good looking but not usefull (or maybe for something else, i have a stupid idea in my mind that i have to try for a lifestock).
The second clip is cool, it's always nice so see setup for this, mine was pretty cool to.
The third clip is unfortunate, i think it already happen to me, but not in a run.
