This is the first game I want to learn running on and I have a few questions about resources for information useful to speed runs, if possible.

I want to start with the "Fireseal" category and it seems to be linked to getting a princess in the army, is there a way to manipulate it to generate.

For the main story, is there any other manipulations you can do before the start or is it really set when you start the game up.

Please any information you can give me, vial links or large text walls, would help me understand a lot more than just someone who loved the game.
