You are. There's a split board between legacy and current patch due to bug fixes, but you can run on either
It has only been done twice before, but neither have been submitted for a category. If you want it to be a category, do a run and submit it to the pending tab on the category extensions board
There's no limit on how long it can be. Current longest run submitted was 69 and a half hours by me, but that was with no speedrun prep for the categories. Just giving you an idea on how long it can take
If you can get people together to do a relay of it, then it can be added as a category. As it currently stands, there is none and as such there is no need for a relay category
when you roll without speed already, you get what we call a "dry roll," but you can slowly build speed if you just keep rolling, even without touching the joystick. There is a max speed, and it isn't any faster than just rolling normally
as long as the gameplay footage and audio is clear, it should be fine
if you have 11 people willing to do a console series any% relay, try to get 2 more so each person does one game, though this isn't required if you can't get 2 more. Then, do the relay and notify a mod, then it may become a category
Hello moderators. I would like to inquire if it is possible to add categories for Super Mario 3D World to this leaderboard. I know that may be very tricky to do, however I feel like it is in the best interest of the community
Is luigi allowed to be used for Mario Galaxy or do you have to do it as Mario?
Hi. Was just wondering if there should be an all dungeons category, or a no moon warp category. Considering all the dungeons can be skipped, I feel like it would be a good addition.
I think that as long as the emulator runs are kept in a sub category separate to consoles, it would be fine
I honestly think that would be a pretty interesting category, and would involve a lot of cooperation
I remember doing that all the time for fun my first playthrough
Maybe now that the full game is out, and the current Any% uses the demo
