The rules of this speedrun are:
You have to beat USA, China or India as a country weaker than Russia or Japan (We use the rankings to measure the strength)
You can't use allies
The Country you want to beat must be a person (It still counts if they rage quit or leave the game)
And you must start the war before January 1st 2204
In order to beat these countries you MUST conquer them or lower their stability enough so that a state declares independance.

I have no idea how to make a new speedrunning category (I want to make a sub category for example something like Nipple% in mario)
Could somebody help me out.
