This does not really make sense at all. At a high level, this rewards players with better hardware and better load times than better racing and more skill. This essentially rewards luck, as personally my loads suck on Wii but others on dolphin save probably 5 seconds per track. Over a 32 track run, this could be up to 2.5 minutes that im losing if I'm playing at the same level. I don't know, seems weird to me especially after the boards had IGT as the main category for a few months. Also the main game leaderboards use IGT and they don't even allow Dolphin. I'd definitely suggest rethinking this decision with an unbiased lense.

Yes, I see Free Play RTA as a category, my mistake.

The normal any% is doing all 15 of the chapters, meaning doing extra side missions along with the levels put in there. I was thinking of just doing the levels in free play. There is a level leaderboard, but doing it all in one run would be better in my opinion. Hope this cleared things up.

I was thinking of 2 new categories for the game. Maybe an "All Levels" run where all you have to do is do all 15 of the levels (Some Assaults through Fly Me to the Moon). Also, kinda weird, but maybe a "2 player any%" run could happen for the newer game? I played with my cousin and noticed when he warped to me he was a level higher than me. There are a lot of potential for both these categories and just wanted to bring it up.
