EnglandMegadrives run at 50hz which obviously slows the game down. How much slower is a run on a Megadrive likely to be?
I use OBS to show my splits since they don't show on Game Capture HD. But my audio is seriously out of sync and I have barely a clue how to fix it. I reckon there is at least a 15 second delay between what I am saying on my mic and it coming through on the recording. Can anyone help me out?

It's quite simple. You have the button which you click on and it leads you to a new form which you fill out explaining your reasons for reporting the person.
Lets say hypothetically that I run a PS1 game on a Playstation Two console. What console should I select for my submission?
The loading times on the Playstation Two are much faster correct? So since the console is affecting the time, I should state that it's played on the newer console.
Simple question. Is picking up the wave beam required for 100%? I ask because it gets replaced by the ice beam anyway right?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's got more than halfway into a run with good time and then done something stupid and ruined it.

I generally throw my controller at my bed behind me. Then I take some deep breaths and go for a walk.
I use an Elgato game capture to record footage. I want to start speed running more games but I don't know how to have my livesplit timer running along side my streams. Only thing is, I don't know much about how to do that. I've tried Googling but I don't get much help from that. Help would be appreciated.
