I think runners get confused because you'd think verification happens on a first come, first served basis, yet everyday you see runs get verified a day or two after submission while some people have already been waiting 4-5+ days.
I know I always get a lagspike when I reach the garage. I don't think it's lagspikes that causes the chops in the footage. Something is wrong with the recording software for consoles that causes chops in your footage seemingly at random. What I have been doing since getting my footage cut is: disabling all notifications, playing fully charged, and deleting all past recordings taking up space before I start recording again. That seems to have helped, but I can't even be too sure. Maybe I'll get a cut at random in the future.
I know editing the video link of a run will mess up the queue, but does something small like just editing the message/description also mess with queue position?
Say I've had a run sitting in the que for 4-5 days, but I get a brand new PB, is it possible to replace the old run with the new one in the waiting list?
So after G3 was getting up to go into phase 3, I shot 2 acid rounds while backing up. I shot the 1st one while backing up to the edge of the boss arena. After reloading the GL after the 2nd shot, I kept backing up while my back was already against the edge. The camera went crazy and all you could see for a second was metal pieces against a black background spazzing out. The camera went to normal quickly, but since it looked weird I'm worried it will invalidate my run. Is this the type of thing that will get my run rejected? This is for my Ps4 Claire B HC 56:38 run I just submitted btw.
