Why there isn't a category for 100% on hard mode?

There isn't a category for this mode.Why?

Sorry if I'm being annoying,maybe I didn't get something.What about a category but not for all helpers? I know everyone would just use Bonkers but why not?

Why isn't there a Boss Butch category? This applies to other old Kirby games too

What about creating categories for the levels in MKR? (Sorry if it sounds dumb,I'm kind of new and english is not my native language)
