I'll start by saying I've never streamed off a GC but I think I have a basic idea. I know a couple streamers that use a Dazzle capture card for GC/N64. This I think would be an input for a broadcast software (OBS or Xsplit ect.). This would require a splitter to display on TV and go to PC. As for computer specs twitch has a minimum guideline of an intel i-5, 8 GB ram, and Windows 7. I have used Fusion in the past. It usually worked pretty well. I found coolrom is a good place to get roms but be carefully when downloading as ads will attempt to make you install crap. Just monitor your installed programs list. Otherwise Ebay usually has genesis systems and sonic games. Good Luck!

The delay would be the same beginning and end therefore should not be a problem.

The Elgato HD60 is significantly cheaper and I think it's wonderful. I use OBS with it for Wii U streaming. The input to the tv has no lag however the stream is slightly behind to computer. Really a great card I absolutely recommend. It's around $150 on amazon.

I do not know for sure but I believe the xbox one/ ps4 editions would be the same.

A platform category. I would like to run on xbox 1 but because of performance differences would like separation from PC category. Might be interested in multiplayer categories eventually. Rules would remain same as PC categories.

I have interest in running Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls on Xbox One. There are existing categories but for PC. I think that because of game and load time differences that the Xbox/ps4 categories should be separate. Should I request an entirely new game or contact the Mods requesting new categories?

I'm interested in running categories that are not listed. For example in Super Smash Bros. Wii U I would like to run the co-op events. I have others as well but don't know how I'd get these runs in. Any help is appreciated.
